Our Services
Psychiatry
Medication management appointments are essential for effective psychiatric care. Typically lasting 20 to 30 minutes, we review medication effects, side effects, and any concerns. This collaborative discussion helps determine if dosage adjustments or medication changes are needed. Ongoing communication and monitoring are crucial to optimize therapeutic outcomes and patient wellbeing, as individual reactions to medication can vary.
Therapy
We adopt a holistic approach to mental health by integrating psychotherapy with psychiatry. This combination improves treatment by addressing both psychological and biological aspects. Psychiatric care targets biochemical imbalances, while psychotherapy allows exploration of thoughts and emotions. Using modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or psychodynamic therapy, patients develop coping strategies, gain insights, and foster personal growth. This integrative strategy supports patients’ journey to mental wellness.
